Philippe Vlaemminck
Philippe Vlaemminck is regarded as a leading force in the gaming and gambling debate in the European Union. With more than 40 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of European and international regulation, European litigation (100 cases before the CJEU, EFTA and General EU Court) and trade law, Philippe represents and advises several European Member States and governments around the world, their gaming regulators, lottery associations, lottery cooperative structures and lottery operators.
Furthermore, Philippe has assisted the federal government in many Belgian and European regulatory matters and represented the government in several Constitutional Court cases and before the European Commission.
Beata Guzik
As a skilled lawyer Beata Guzik has a thorough understanding of the international and European legal environment, EU regulated markets, public affairs and EU litigation. She has 20 years of experience, from addressing innovation, marketing and CSR related legal issues to following up EU regulatory developments, EU court cases and the EU energy sector (FIT for 55, renewable energy, climate change and circular economy questions). In addition, Beata is the editor of legal newsletters. She has all the in-depth knowledge for comprehensive advice & strategic legal solutions for business success.

Dawid Muller
Since entering the lottery industry in 1998, Dawid has become a recognized expert in the field of lottery and gaming, with an extensive background in international relations, senior management, compliance, security, auditing, arbitration, and forensic investigations. With over 25 years of experience in the lottery sector, both across the African continent and internationally, he has successfully overseen the rollout and management of lottery infrastructure and played a key role in preparing responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) for lottery and gaming licenses. He has also led compliance audits in various jurisdictions and been involved in license negotiations with regulators across Africa.
